This article contains basic troubleshooting for printer issues.
- Turn off and unplug the printer and all of the network cables
- Plug everything back in and turn on the printer
- Print out the printer configuration page. For most printers this can be found in Settings -> Printer Reports -> Print Configurations.
- Check if the printer is receiving an IPv4 address that is not 0.0.0.0
